Located in Amman - Jordan, the steep inclination of the site and the spectacular view of Abdoun Bridge, had lead SA+a to design this real estate development that consists of 26  residential units with unconvential approach.

The lower layer, has 17 studios and a gym in four floors serviced from the lower street, while the upper layer has 9 apartments with common outdoor pool on the roof top in five floors serviced from the upper street.

Located in Amman - Jordan, the modem villa reflects the simplicity of it's owner. 

Balconies and spaces were carved out from a pure rectangular smooth stone block, to emphasis the purity of the shape of the villa in its surrounding.

Located in Amman - Jordan, the attached twin villas appear as a cohesive building situated on a street corner whilst still maintaining a unique character for each façade.

The aim was to unify the buildings and mirror the program without making them exact duplicates. The interior has a spacious feel with plenty of natural light coming in as well as a celebrated staircase.

Located in Amman - Jordan, the design behind this project evokes an authentic minimalist oasis that is accessible through an intricate play of visual depth and transparency that echoes the connection between its interior spaces and astonishing views.

It embraces the challenges of its exaggerated triangular site by emphasizing axes to orient views towards mesmerizing focal points in the surrounding landscape and includes gently accentuated corners in its sculpted façade.

Located in Amman - Jordan, the proposed site for the private residence was located on a busy road. The challenge was to have spaces you can live in peacefully in the villa.

So the living spaces were oriented to the back and side gardens leaving the main facade with a solid carved stone walls, to minimize the noise from the street and much privacy.

Located on a high hill in Deir Asad - Palestine, the steep inclination of the site had lead SA+a to design this private residence with extra care.

The three levels facing south all have been designed to capture natural lighting and ventilation.

Located in the heart of Amman - Jordan, the land is surrounded with buildings, for that the Real estate developer requirement was to create a unique residential complex with an elegant entrance to serve the ten residential apartments.

In addition to the above, to have a private swimming pool on the third floor was within the program and to be overlooking south Amman.

Located in Amman -Jordan, the project was designed to serve the main Villa with two guest houses on the first level over looking South Amman through a huge semi shaded terrace.

To work on classical design for the architecture, with  modern spacious feeling was challenging. But it has been achieved with the symmetrical huge openings on the facades.

Located in Amman - Jordan, the area where the villa is located  has no views nor urban voids. This modern private villa introverted  design towards it own void and landscape, was our approach to achieve the owners dream of his lifetime house.

The arrangement of three basic rectangular masses have created the needed spaces for the residence, and the tilt in one of them has defined the landscape around it.

Although it was built with stone walls and hand carved patterns, SA+a has managed to use the stone to add  modern spirit for the envelope along with the steel canopies and roofs.

Located in Amman - Jordan, SA+a task was to redesign and upgrade  the newly owned studio by Mr. Jarbawi. the 125 sqm studio consists of an open living area with kitchen, two and a half bedrooms.

Located in the heart of  the most luxurious areas in  Amman - Jordan, the land is on a slope overlooking south Amman, the Real estate developer requirements was to create a unique residential complex with a private villa look and the garages to be in the ground floor level, for the twelve residential apartments.

In addition to the above, to have a private swimming pool on the roof floor was within the program, it is one few pools on roof tops in Amman.

The overall aesthetic of the interior is clean, simple, and streamlined giving a modern minimal sophisticated feel. The color palette is light and airy with neutral tones. White walls are complimented by the flat ceilings with focus on architectural lighting. Linearity is a common recurring design element creating a contemporary vibe. The large openings allow in plenty of natural light creating a bright inviting atmosphere.
